I know now that paper napkins are a luxury, so I wanted to make a napkin holder befitting of such a status symbol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clear napkin holder from Dollar Tree + AC Moore roaches (primed white), painted with green spray paint. Items were sprayed separately and then glued with hot glue.
