Gold spray paint- I’ve been using Rust-Oleum and it’s great-very very shiny and dries quickly!
I recommend glueing the quote down first, and then trimming the cardboard. This way you don’t have to map out the spacing to ensure that the quote is centered.
I used a piece of spaghetti with a little bit of tacky glue on the end to pick up the alphabet pasta. It’s so tiny that it’s hard to pick them up with your fingers.
